Bexar County Sheriff's Deputies Association Endorses Julian
On the heels of receiving the San Antonio Professional Fire Fighters Association endorsement, Julian Castro also has been endorsed by the Bexar County Sheriff's Deputies Association. The Sheriff's Deputies made their endorsement announcement this past Saturday during the Grand Opening of the Castro Campaign Headquarters in front of more than 200 people.
"We believe Julian Castro has the energy, insight, skills and the priorities to reduce crime and make San Antonio a safer city. His commitment to make public safety a priority is the main reason we are endorsing him. With Julian as Mayor of San Antonio we feel he is best suited to build strong city/county relations," stated, Perry Hyden, Association Executive Board President.
