If we keep allowing irresponsible developers to scrape our Hill Country, the showcase of our area, next to the Alamo, all we'll have to offer is water that is having to be cleaned due to contamination of our aquifer and air that is polluted due to the eradication of our naturally sequestering trees, shrubs, grasses and wildflowers that are indiscriminately being eradicated from our Hills and replaced with exotic and invasive plants that are attacking our native areas... like Vitex, etc.

Julian, you are right on. San Antonio doesn't get the respect we deserve. As my dad always said, "You have to earn respect." It is up to us to earn that respect for our community, so we all, especially our Mayor need to be out selling San Antonio.
I think you are the right Mayor to do that.
